What was the most challenging part of this legal project for you personally?
„Trying to clarify the specifics of our industry, especially the licensing terms and protecting us not only from the client but also from the contractors who are usually part of the work. It was important to explain the business model clearly enough. The challenge was to accept that there are shortcomings on our side as well, to realize them and fix them.“
What is key in evaluating the success of a law firm's work?
„Speed and clarity in communication - we don't like legalese. With contracts, we liked the fact that the counterparties had minimal comments and mostly accepted them to the extent given. I also appreciate when contracts are written in a mutually beneficial way so that both we and the partner can swiftly confirm them.“
