Transactional advice to a cloud-based telecommunications company
We represented Slovak company providing a call center VOIP system in the cloud in the entry of foreign VC investors. We represented the client in negotiating the Investment Agreement and related corporate changes in the company. We handled protection of the client's source code, License Agreements between suppliers and the client, negotiation of the Investment Agreement with the investors and corporate changes in the company.
